COVID POLICY – 2026

We take extra precautions because of the nature of this event: a group of people in a limited space for an extended period of time. Wearing a mask does not seem feasible, although if you are more comfortable wearing one by all means do so.

When you arrive at the suite to check-in to the con you must present one of the following:

·   Proof of vaccination within the last 4 months prior to Nov 1, 2026. 

OR

·   A photo on your phone of 2 negative at-home covid tests taken within the 5 days prior to the con.  The last test should be the day before or day of attendance.

Do be aware that no matter how hard we try to protect everyone this is a group of people from different parts of the country, with different life styles, and different approaches to the health precautions.  

If you test positive AFTER the con please! inform us so we may let other attendees know they may have been exposed.  We will not reveal your name unless you give your permission to do so.
