COVID Policy & Follow Up

When you arrive at the suite to check-in to the con you must present the following:

1. A valid vaccination card showing the most current vaccination.  This means the most recent booster which came out in September 2023.

2. A photo on your phone of a negative covid test (at home test is fine) taken within 24 hours of arrival at the con.

OR

3. PCR or Rapid Molecular Test.  Both can be up to $128 out of pocket if your insurance does not cover.  The PCR test can take 1-3 days to get the results.  The Molecular test is 2 hours.

We take extra precautions because of the nature of the event: a group of people in a limited space for an extended period of time. Wearing a mask did not seem feasible although if you are more comfortable wearing one by all means do.  

Do be aware that no matter how hard we try to protect everyone this is a group of people from different parts of the country, with different life styles,  and different approaches to the pandemic.
