Lancaster, PA's only Science Fiction & Fantasy RELAXACON. Sponsored, very loosely, by the Lancaster Science Fiction Book Group it is held in Lancaster, PA, in the heart of Amish country. Lancaster is 3 hours from NYC, 1 hour from Philadelphia, and 2 hours from Baltimore in the middle of farm land but not in the middle of nowhere. We have all the major restaurant chains plus some local places steeped in history. There are numerous wineries in the area if you fancy a bit of wine tasting and several outlet malls if you fancy a bit of shopping.
Some of you may be wondering what exactly is a relaxacon. What makes it different from other science fiction conventions?
No Programming! (Well, not much at any rate.) No dealers room, no art show, no big names. We mean it when we say RELAXACON!
It is an excuse for SF & Fantasy fans to get together in a resort atmosphere and visit (something one rarely has time for at a regular con), swim, eat good food, sit in the hot tub, and just generally relax!

Will be at Eden Resort. There are no special hotel rates for the con or blocks of rooms. Check the Best Western site as well as the Eden Resort site for available rooms and rates. Whichever site you use to book do contact the hotel directly if you would like to request your room be near the con suite. There will be a pre-reg option to pay online via PayPal
